• Electricity & Fiber: We are incredibly lucky here. BrightRidge serves the Johnson City area, offering not just power but world-class high-speed broadband. If you’re moving to Bristol, you’ll likely work with Bristol Tennessee Essential Services (BTES).
• Water & Sewer: These are typically handled by the individual city governments. Be sure to contact the Johnson City Water Department or the Kingsport Water Services at least two weeks before your closing date.
• Natural Gas: Many of our historic homes and new builds alike use natural gas. Atmos Energy is a primary provider in this region.
